Flexology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flexology Specialist to join our team at StretchLab East TN. As a Flexology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their stretching goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase membership and retention
• Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service
• Assist sales associates and management with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong online presence to promote StretchLab and attract new clients
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use

Requirements:

• Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga instruction
• Experience working in a fitness or health environment, providing hands-on training to clients
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and client satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional work ethic
• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexology Training Program, which includes online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
