Position Overview:
Landmark Realty, LLC is seeking a dedicated Area Maintenance Supervisor. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide on-site maintenance teams and supervisors in diagnosing and addressing issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and other maintenance needs.
  • Provide training and supervision to property teams utilizing relevant programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance site performance, curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory management, and make-ready processes.
  • Assess employee performance and offer constructive feedback on their development.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system for maintenance shops.
  • Ensure all technicians are trained in applicable programs.
  • Collaborate with property managers and maintenance supervisors to set and achieve goals.
  • Guarantee timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Review safety protocols to ensure compliance among all staff.
  • Develop strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and property operations.
  • Manage snow removal operations as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential property maintenance.
  • HVAC certification is required.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills.
  • Proven leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance are mandatory.
  • Possession of general tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
  • Availability for on-call emergencies.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, colleagues, and vendors.
