Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodial Associate to join our team at L&V II LLC - Jani King. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including floors, restrooms, windows, and furniture.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various cleaning equipment, including industrial vacuum cleaners and power washers.
  • Supply Management: Requisition and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Restock restroom paper products and toiletries, and ensure the toilet is in good condition.
  • Seasonal Inspections: Perform seasonal inspections on utilities, including smoke detectors and air conditioning units.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely in confined spaces.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices.
