Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at BNEG. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and Seating: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, and efficiently seat them in a timely manner.
• Service Standards: Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Drink Service: Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary, in accordance with company guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Guest Loyalty: Build strong relationships with guests, remembering their names and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and expectations.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of previous hosting experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant environment.
• Appearance: Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Teamwork: Showcase strong teamwork skills, working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.
• Attitude: Possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Lifting and Mobility: May be required to lift or move up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques, and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Work Schedule: Non-traditional office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be customary.
