Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and record patient symptoms and conditions, providing timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Delegate nursing tasks effectively, maintaining accountability for patient care and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 6 months of emergency room nursing experience.
