About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg / Telemetry team at Atrium Health Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including assessment data, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or questions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support certification required per policy guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
