  • Regularly disposes of waste from offices, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring all trash receptacles are emptied and sanitized.
  • Maintains adequate supplies in restrooms to ensure proper functionality.
  • Adjusts and relocates office furniture as required to support operational needs.
  • Monitors and ensures the effectiveness of pest control measures while upholding high standards of sanitation.
  • Clears ice and snow from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
  • Keeps the exterior grounds free from litter and debris.
  • Prepares necessary reports regarding labor and equipment usage.
  • Maintains a detailed log of repair history for equipment.
  • Completes accurate records and reports as mandated.
  • Reports safety concerns to the shift supervisor promptly.
  • Adheres to OSHA and MSDS regulations.
  • Performs additional tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.

The base hourly wage for this position is $18.00. NFI Industries considers various factors such as qualifications, experience, and location when determining the starting pay rate. Additional compensation may be available based on shift work.
