Position Overview:
Sizemore, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Industrial Sanitation Specialist. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various industrial settings.

Compensation:
Hourly wage: $14 (with weekly pay)

Work Schedule:
Options include:
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6 AM to 5 PM
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6 PM to 5 AM
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6 AM to 5 PM
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6 PM to 5 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks on various flooring surfaces, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in an industrial environment.
- Sanitize restrooms, ensuring cleanliness of sinks, toilets, urinals, and floors.
- Dust and wipe down office furniture, baseboards, windows, and blinds.
- Clean and disinfect breakrooms, including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, and floors.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Ensure proper use and labeling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain janitorial equipment in good working condition.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment as required.
- Report any irregularities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Working Conditions:
- May require overtime hours.
- Work may be conducted indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Extensive walking or standing for long periods may be necessary.
- Ability to lift and carry items generally weighing up to 50 lbs.
