Personal Banker

We are seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division at Wells Fargo Bank.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and proposing products and services to help customers succeed financially.
• Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Develop a strong understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
• Provide options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
