About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, managing assigned departments, and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and manage assigned departments, including Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments.
  • Ensure that all service staff are trained in service procedures and that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
  • Manage food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen, and ensure that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
  • Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
