We are seeking an experienced Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Holden, MA.

Position Details:
• Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
• Location: Holden, MA
• Facility Type: Nursing Home
• Shift: All Shifts

Requirements:
• Must have 1 year of recent Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Nursing Home setting
• Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS Certification required
