Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting sales.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote health and wellness in our communities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members, including training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification.
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.

  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
