Plumbing Specialist

Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site plumbing services to clients, including troubleshooting and repair of plumbing issues.
- Work at client sites, often at height or in cramped conditions, to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Prepare cost estimates for plumbing services and materials.
- Quickly identify and fix maintenance problems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Test pipes for leaks and perform routine maintenance activities to guarantee the optimal functionality and performance of equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
- Install hot and cold water, sanitation, and drainage systems, as well as central heating systems and domestic fuel-burning appliances.
- Design water and heating systems, and cut and join pipes and fittings as needed.
- Create records of materials used and respond to emergency call-outs such as floods or boiler breakdowns.
- Valid plumbing license.
- Own transportation and valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel to client sites.
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience.
- Physical dexterity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
