The IT Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, coordinating project activities, and providing training to employees.

• Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure information security compliance.
• Coordinate Project Activities: Coordinate project activities to develop, interpret, and support organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
• Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees on information security, cybersecurity, and other related areas.

• Associates Degree in IT Technology or relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software
• Above-average verbal and written communication skills
