Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-level architecture and detailed technical designs for complex systems and applications.
- Evaluate new technologies and build proof-of-concepts to demonstrate their feasibility and potential impact.
- Define REST API models, event schemas, and data models using RDBMS and NOSQL databases.
- Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions, exploring alternative solutions and their trade-offs.
- Work closely with development teams to prepare and review detailed technical designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions within committed estimates.
- Collaborate with scrum teams to promote a strong DevOps culture and drive release infrastructure improvements through improved CI/CD processes.
- Strong understanding of microservice architectures, principles, and patterns.
- Experience with creating solution designs, UML modeling, sequence diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucid Charts, etc.
- Experience with designing distributed systems and event-driven architecture using Kafka and Java Spring Boot Framework.
- Experience with REST API modeling and RDBMS and NOSQL database modeling and design.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipeline, Artifactory, and static code analysis tools.
- Experience with Java Spring and finance domain knowledge (good to have).
The interview process will consist of three rounds, including two rounds with peers and one with the Chief Architect. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills and experience in the finance domain, although it is not mandatory.
