As a registered nurse in the NICU, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to neonates, from post-delivery stabilization through discharge. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop targeted interventions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout the care process

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
• NRP (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
• One year experience in an acute care setting with experience in nursery or NICU environment
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
