Salary Range

Our salary range for this position is estimated to be around $62,000 - $82,000 per year, including a $20K sign-on bonus for experienced and new grads. This competitive salary reflects our commitment to offering attractive compensation packages to our staff.

Responsibilities

The Registered Respiratory Therapist plays a crucial role in our healthcare team by building upon overall pulmonary management and implementing physician-directed respiratory care interventions. This involves working cooperatively with nursing and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care across all age groups and settings.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Associate's degree with RRT credentials prior to January 1, 2006
  • State license and active NBRC RRT at time of hire
  • BLS certification required at time of hire, with NBRC RRT obtained within 6 months for new graduates
