Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Endoscopy department, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients undergoing various procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest Endoscopy technologies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligibility to practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GI/Endoscopy, Pre-Op, Intra-Op, or Post-Op nursing, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing, with the ability to complete BSN within 24 months if required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
