Job Responsibilities

As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing empathetic nursing care to residents in a wide range of post-acute facilities
  • Helping residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene and mobility
  • Observing and monitoring residents' conditions during your shift
  • Taking and reporting vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Ensuring a clean and sanitized environment
  • Communicating with family members and visitors
  • Providing companionship and comfort to residents
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • Current Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
  • Familiarity with nursing care procedures and terminology
