Job Description:

  • Set up new job proposals in our accounting system, creating project folders and organizing important documents.
  • Handle permit application processes with local municipalities, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
  • Coordinate and schedule job inspections, working closely with project managers and clients.
  • Manage purchase order requests, streamlining inventory management and reducing costs.
  • Obtain and distribute Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for projects, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off (PTO), and more.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in construction, project management, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and municipal officials.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
