We are seeking a skilled Guitar Craftsman to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services on customer-owned guitars.

Job Description:

  • Service Customer-Owned Instruments: You will utilize your exceptional craftsmanship skills to service instruments and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain Store Inventory: Assist in maintaining store inventory by performing routine maintenance tasks on store-owned gear.
  • Training and Development: Develop foundational product knowledge and train new staff members to enhance sales and service initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Guitar Craftsman, you must have:

  • Skilled Understanding of Guitar Repair: Possess a solid understanding of guitar repair techniques and principles.
  • Foundational Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with Guitar Center products and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
