Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at TS Banking Group. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales and Relationship Building: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, promote bank products and services, and build strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
• Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts, process transactions, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures to protect the bank's financial interests and reputation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of work experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in personal account opening, maintenance, and closing procedures.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with banking products and services, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
