Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead our rehabilitation programs and elevate patient care standards.

About the Role: As a Rehabilitation Director with Clinical Management Consultants, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive rehabilitation programs. This will involve strategic planning, budget management, and staff supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that optimize patient outcomes and promote wellness
  • Lead a team of rehabilitation professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to hold licensure as either a Physical Therapist or an Occupational Therapist, with a strong background in rehabilitation practices and a commitment to upholding professional standards of care.
