Parking and Guest Services Associate

We are seeking a skilled Parking and Guest Services Associate to join our team at The Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of traffic on our property, while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property, including guest vehicles, taxi cabs, limousines, and buses.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
  • Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
