Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and troubleshoot security system components, as well as maintain fire and security equipment, including Access Control Systems.
- Maintain and update customer information, repair logs, inventory, parts, and material records using basic computer skills.
- Assist with customer estimates to determine necessary tools and materials for installation or repair, including estimating time for completion.
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in electrical, technical, and/or security controls.
- Ability to use basic tools and test equipment, including hand tools, power drills, multi-meters, and watt meters.
- Accommodate an on-call schedule and be physically able to lift 50 lbs., maneuver into and out of heavy equipment, and work on ladders and other elevated locations.
