Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Extruder Operator to join our dynamic team at the forefront of the foam manufacturing world. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for operating and fine-tuning our cutting-edge machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on inspections and maintenance to keep our equipment running at optimal levels.
• Adjust machine settings to match production needs and material specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and solve minor mechanical issues, reporting major ones for prompt attention.
• Maintain precise production records and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Utilize strong math and communication skills to excel in this role.
• Possess basic computer skills and excellent time management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings (spec sheets) and digital calipers.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and other shifts as needed.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced plant environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
