Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Instrument and Electrical Maintenance team.

This position is crucial for guiding the daily operations and ensuring optimal performance of the team.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) operational strategies, encompassing daily and weekly schedules, shutdowns, and standard outages.
  • Effectively manage urgent maintenance situations, ensuring swift responses and minimizing operational risks.

Collaboration Across Departments:

  • Foster strong communication among various site teams, promoting effective collaboration and supporting cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
  • Play a key role or significantly contribute to the investigation of incidents as they occur.

Leadership in Projects:

  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory obligations, including SIS testing, environmental monitoring, preventive maintenance, change management, and PSM required enhancements.
  • Oversee financial management, including annual budget planning, overtime control, and supervision of contract negotiations and modifications.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in I&E Maintenance within the petrochemical or a similar industry is necessary, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, ISA 81, ISA 61511, and NETA, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with control systems are beneficial.
  • An Associate's degree or a degree in engineering technology may be considered equivalent with appropriate experience.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
