FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Classification: Clinical

Supervises: Occupational Therapy Assistants and Students

This opportunity offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Position Summary:

Provides high-quality Occupational Therapy and related services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates patients to determine their current physical status and develops initial and ongoing treatment plans.
  • Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and Students to ensure quality care.
  • Participates in case management and represents a commitment to quality of care in all interactions.
  • Adheres to all state regulations regarding Occupational Therapy.
Qualifications:

Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Valid Occupational Therapy License to practice in appropriate state(s)

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Effective leadership and customer relations skills

Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems

Work Environment:
