Job Overview:
We are actively seeking Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to become part of our compassionate team. PCAs will be tasked with delivering direct care and support to our clients, aiding with daily living activities, monitoring health indicators, administering prescribed medications, and providing emotional reassurance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks including bathing and grooming
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and emotional encouragement
- Observe and report any changes in health conditions
- Adhere to care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team
- At least 5 years of experience as a PCA or certification as a CNA
