Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Per Diem Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health FirstChoice. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings, including ICU, and provide high-quality patient care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the ICU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state where working
  • Minimum of 18 months - 2 years of recent clinical experience in ICU
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications through American Heart Association
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
