Job Summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to provide in-home support to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a member of our team, you will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized therapy plans and collaborate with families to foster the child's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA
  • Collect data on program effectiveness
  • Record session notes detailing treatment
  • Report successes, challenges, and questions to the supervising BCBA
  • File medical and crisis incident reports
Requirements
  • Ability to read and write English
  • High school diploma and one ABA-related course (recommended)
  • Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended)
  • Ability to work hands-on with children
