Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiving Specialist to join our team at Century Park Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Caregiving Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assisted living services to our residents. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized care and support, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing medication programs and performing treatments according to physician orders
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living and ordering medications as needed
• Providing reports to staff and assisting with training and supervision of the resident care team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program
• At least one year of experience in senior services, preferably in assisted living or similar settings
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Expert knowledge in the field of practice and ability to make independent decisions
