Deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Collaborate with colleagues to prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, while adhering to company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, including communicating with the front-of-house team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Uphold cleanliness standards and ensure proper sanitation of kitchen spaces, equipment, and tools.
- Age 16 or older (location-specific age requirements may apply).
- Ability to obtain any required food or alcohol service licenses or certifications, including T.I.P.S. certification.
- Working knowledge of U.S. measurements, weight, and volume.
