Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and charismatic Host to join our team. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll be the face of our hotel and restaurant, and will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Manage the front desk and host stand, ensuring that all guests are checked in and out efficiently
  • Provide information and assistance to guests, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure that guests are seated and served promptly
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel and restaurant, including menus, services, and amenities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of the hotel and restaurant, including menus, services, and amenities
