Position Overview

The Addison of Willow Pond is seeking a dedicated Lead Server to enhance our dining experience for residents and guests. This role is essential in ensuring that all food and beverage orders are executed with precision and delivered promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process food orders, effectively communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by actively bussing and resetting tables.
  • Provide room service by delivering meals to residents' rooms as required.
  • Ensure that all workspaces, dishware, and equipment are kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Oversee and support servers and utility staff as necessary to maintain service standards.
Qualifications
  • No prior experience is necessary; however, experience in food service is advantageous.
  • Possession of Serv Safe or other relevant local, county, or state certifications is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated pride in the quality and presentation of food, as well as in maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personalities.
