Civil Litigation Associate - (All Levels)

We are seeking experienced civil litigation attorneys to join our dynamic team. We currently have openings for attorneys at various experience levels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent support for legal cases.
  • Engage effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and supervising attorneys.
  • Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare detailed memoranda, and mentor junior attorneys.
  • Draft legal documents including complaints and motions.
  • Evaluate, draft, and argue motions for summary judgment.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions of witnesses.
  • Participate in court hearings and mediation sessions.
  • Oversee junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the relevant state bar.
  • A minimum of two years of civil litigation experience.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a substantial caseload.
  • Strong research and writing capabilities.
  • Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with evidence rules.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
