Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Technician III to join our team at Aurora House in Edmonds, WA. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, you will provide a combination of social, physical, psychological, vocational, and recreational services to support individuals with severe and persistent psychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence
  • Provide counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement skills training programs to enhance daily living skills
  • Monitor and report on consumer progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • BA/BS/BSW degree in a behavioral science field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in mental health or a related field
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
