Position Overview

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience); Total Compensation Potential: $100,000 including commission

This role is pivotal in managing the customer engagement for Radwell within a designated sales region. The focus is on advocating for Radwell's repair, surplus, distribution products, and asset recovery services on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales operations within a specific territory.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the sales process and position offerings for optimal sales performance.
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring positive interactions.
  • Evaluate market data to devise sales strategies and establish sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients.
  • Generate reports for management and clients.
  • Set sales goals by formulating a strategic sales plan and quotas aligned with national objectives.
  • Identify new product opportunities and recommend product line enhancements based on consumer insights and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities may evolve over time, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience

Certifications and Licenses

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent driving and walking.
  • Physical demands include occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds.

Compensation Structure

Eligible for commission following successful completion of the training period.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
