Multimedia Coordinator

The Multimedia Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Communications Team in crafting engaging and consistent branding for Pantano Christian Church. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively utilize digital media tools and platforms.

• Brand Development: Collaborate with staff to develop and maintain brand standards that align with Pantano's overall branding.
• Content Management: Update and maintain website content, ensuring consistency of Pantano branding across each ministry.
• Graphic Design: Create web and print graphics, including series elements, animations, and social media content.
• Marketing and Social Media: Leverage marketing and social media connections to create engaging content, oversee social media platforms, and recruit, train, and schedule media volunteers.
• Content Creation: Develop content for video announcements, including weekly scripts, church-wide emails, and other informational communications.

• Attend weekly meetings, including 1:1, team, and staff meetings, as well as retreats.
• Adhere to all church policies and procedures, ensuring volunteers comply with guidelines for ministry.
• Prepare needed reports and correspondence.
• Work assigned duties during 'All Hands On Deck' events, such as Christmas and Easter services.

• Office-related computer skills, including experience with common office software/programs and online applications.
• Ability to effectively utilize online communication, email, and calendar tools.

• A comprehensive understanding of social media networks and platforms, including increasing engagement from the audience.
• Experience with general design principles, trends, and website design, as well as WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A comprehensive understanding of great customer service principles and strategies.
• Demonstrated success in leading staff and volunteers, as well as developing and growing teams.
