Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to uphold property standards
  • Vacuum carpets, upholstered furnishings, and window treatments
  • Manage waste disposal effectively
  • Scrub, wax, and polish flooring surfaces
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment
  • Ensure walkways, staircases, and public areas are clean and safe
  • Sanitize restroom facilities
  • Wash and maintain windows
  • Oversee amenities such as fitness centers, swimming pools, and recreational rooms
  • Keep outdoor areas free of debris in all weather conditions
  • Perform light maintenance duties as needed
  • Assist with property security and maintenance tasks
  • Provide regular updates to the Community Association Manager
Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in using computers and smartphones

Compensation: $15 per hour
