We are seeking a passionate and skilled School Speech-Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) role. This position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals eager to enhance their expertise within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment strategies to meet students' communication objectives.
  • Deliver therapeutic services to students experiencing speech and language challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student development.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and assist in formulating student goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Possession of a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
