Cybersecurity Specialist, Vulnerability Assessment

RingCentral is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist, Vulnerability Assessment to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security threats to our systems and networks.
The estimated salary for this position in Belmont, CA is between $120,000 and $150,000 per year, while in Denver, CO it is between $100,000 and $130,000 per year.
Job DescriptionThis role involves performing vulnerability scans, monitoring, and tracking remediation of vulnerabilities in our systems and networks. You will also develop automation for these tasks and participate in audits of our information security program.
Primary Responsibilities:- Maintain Vulnerability Management process
- Perform vulnerability scans using different tools/methods
- Prioritize findings and assign them to system/service owners
- Monitor for, triage, and track remediation of vulnerabilities in our systems and networks
- Conduct risk-based evaluation of policy exception requests
- Develop automation for all steps above
- Develop visualization of current VM state
- Participate in and assist with audits of information security program (FedRAMP, SOX, GDPR, SOC2, HITRUST)
