Bayland Buildings Inc. is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. As a Finish Carpenter, you will work alongside crew members to complete finish carpentry on commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects in Green Bay and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position with year-round work, offering competitive compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience with finish carpentry, including installing trim and door frames, hanging doors, and bath partitions.

Key qualifications include:

  • Any combination of education and experience demonstrating knowledge and ability to perform the work
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
  • Ability to perform physical labor
  • Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
