Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) with assessment experience in long-term care to join our team as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC). As a RNAC, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and coordinate the completion of resident assessments in accordance with state requirements and facility policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for resident assessments.
  • Participate in facility surveys and monitor quality improvement and quality management reports.
  • Provide education and training to the interdisciplinary team involved in the resident assessment process.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with effective leadership and assessment skills in a long-term care setting.
  • Proficient in PA CMI.
  • Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen.
