We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) with assessment experience in long-term care to join our team as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC). Responsibilities:- Conduct and coordinate the completion of resident assessments in accordance with state requirements and facility policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for resident assessments.
- Participate in facility surveys and monitor quality improvement and quality management reports.
- Provide education and training to the interdisciplinary team involved in the resident assessment process.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with effective leadership and assessment skills in a long-term care setting.
- Proficient in PA CMI.
- Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen.
