Essential Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Solid understanding of nursing principles.
- Knowledge of patient and family education methodologies.
- Proficiency in practice management software and electronic health record systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
For Cardiology:
- Valid California LVN license.
- Proof of ongoing education.
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on nursing experience in a medical office setting.
- Ability to perform Electrocardiograms (EKGs).
- Experience in processing medication refill requests.
For PHP:
- Valid California LVN license.
- Minimum one year of direct nursing experience in a medical office.
- Proof of ongoing education.
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
