**Overview of the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Healthcare Services Group (HSG), where you will play a critical role in managing nutritional services at long-term care facilities. Your expertise will positively impact the lives of residents and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Evaluate and monitor residents' nutritional status, documenting progress and making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' overall health and well-being, providing nutrition education and counseling as needed.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
