The Middlefield Banking Company is seeking a skilled Teller to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a Teller, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. You will also be expected to promote and sell bank products and services to customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to new, potential, and existing customers
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Support and promote bank products and services to customers
- Work with Integrity and Honesty in a team atmosphere
- Experienced and knowledgeable in cash handling skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
