Perioperative Registered Nurse

The RN Pre-op/PACU provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. This role requires a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU and a strong understanding of aseptic technique.
Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations.
- Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Report to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Colorado Nursing License.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU.
