Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate heavy machinery to excavate, transport, load, and grade various materials.
  • Engage in a range of activities including road construction, grading, finishing, sloping, backfilling, demolition, and trenching.
  • Ensure the safe and proficient operation of equipment.
  • Conduct safety inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Keep the job site clean and safe.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in construction is essential; heavy construction experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience with Batch Plants is a plus.
