Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team at our 45 North location. As a Bartender at Sugarloaf, you will provide exceptional guest service by crafting classic and innovative drinks, while showcasing your knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.

• Share your expertise with guests and showcase your in-depth knowledge of the bar and food menu.
• Be knowledgeable about Sugarloaf and surrounding areas to answer guest questions and direct accurately.
• Execute precise opening and closing procedures, including pre-shift and post-shift tasks, and fulfill essential stocking and cleaning responsibilities.
• Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate till balances, and calculate tip distributions with precision.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment by engaging in effective communication with colleagues and management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold ServSafe certification or have the capacity to obtain it upon employment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with TIPS training.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
